Adventure of the Seas image The Adventure of the Seas is a truly appropriate name for this cruise ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet. It is one of the largest cruise ships afloat with something for everyone to have the cruise of a lifetime. Imagine rock climbing at sea or enjoying the use of a full basketball court. Well these are just two of the options you have on this ship. The perfection and elegance of the main dining rooms is just a sampling of the fine cuisine that await you for all three meals of the day, snacks in between meals and late night goodies. Entertainment abounds at every turn with lounges and bars galore and a three level show theatre where you can take in large scale productions the like of which will leave you in awe. Most of the staterooms feature a sitting room area and all are quite spacious. Family staterooms and suites are available for families and groups who wish to remain together in the accommodations on the Adventure of the Seas and there are wheelchair accessible staterooms and suites available for those with physical disabilities. Ice skating is one of the possibilities for your fitness needs on this ship in addition to the gym, walking/jogging track and the main swimming pools of the ship. Children from ages 3 to 17 will delight in the programs devised just for their enjoyment. Baby-sitting is also available for parents to have a night out without the kids.

YES I WOULD RECOMMEND ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISES, BUT WE FELT THIS SHIP IS IN NEED OF UPDATING. LAST YEAR WE WENT ON NAVIGATOR OF THE SEAS, EVEN THOUGH THIS SHIP IS SLIGHTLY YOUNGER THAN ADVENTURE, NAVIGATOR WAS BETTER. OUR CABIN, A BALCONY CABIN ON DECK 9, WAS TIRED LOOKING. THE CARPETS WAS IN NEED OF CLEANING AND THE BED SETTEE WAS DIRTY. BUT HAS IT PUT US OFF GOING AGAIN, DEF NOT, ALL I CAN SAY IS.... Read full review

The itinerary was sail from Malaga for Villefrance (for Nice), Civitavecchia for Rome, Sardinia and then Palma Majorca. Fligh.... Read full review

Enjoyment starstarstarstarhalf star by Priscilla Ewers on 27/09/2011

Our choice for cruising with Royal Caribbean derived from the experience of a cruise enjoyed some years ago to the Bahamas; hence we chose Royal Caribbean once again. In addition the advertisements helped to select the cruise date, location and stateroom. We have learned that we can join the Crown and Anchor society and look forward to further travel with Royal Caribbean..... Read full review

Adventure of the Seas Malaga July 16th starstarstarstarhalf star by Stewart Robertson on 26/07/2011

The largest vessels we have previously been on had some 30 passengers, so it would be an experience as to what sailing with some 3,598 others would be like on Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas. We live in Malaga and it seemed a convenient way of visiting Rome, Florence and Ajaccio in Corsica. No flights to organise, no hanging about in airports and less than an hour’s drive to th....
