You can expect to find the same facilities on the Splendour of the Seas that you would find in any small town or city. Have a relaxing treatment at the spa, workout in the gym or have your hair styled to perfection in the beauty salon. The staterooms on the ship are quite spacious with ample closet space and a sitting room area with a table and chairs where you can have a meal in your room if you wish.

Shop til you drop is not just a saying when you take a cruise on the Splendour of the Seas because the shops of the Boutiques of Centrum remain open round the clock. Thus, you can just as easily buy a new dress at 2 in the morning as you can at 2 in the afternoon.

There are numerous bars and lounges where you can have a cool drink and take in the entertainment occurring at the time. Have a night out at the theatre or go dancing in the Top Hat Lounge.

The Purser’s Desk doesn’t close either so you can get answers to questions, help with a problem, buy stamps or get money changed at any hour of the day or night.

With two pools on this ship, you can choose to spend every day by the side of the pool soaking up the rays of the sun. There is a myriad of activities taking place during the days at sea and it is entirely possible that you will want to take in some of them, such as learning how to pair different foods with the right wine or taking lessons in rock climbing or ballroom dancing.

The gym has everything you need for your daily workout and the putting green and mini-golf course will give you lots of time to improve your putting skills.

The Library not only has a great selection of books, but it has the best views with the most comfortable chairs on the ship. Curl up in one of these overstuffed armchairs with a good book, but it is unlikely you will read very much with the breathtaking scene unfolding before your eyes.

Business travelers can avail of meeting facilities on the ship and there is a fully staffed medical center to attend to your first aid needs.
