The Mariner of the Seas is more than a cruise ship. It is a destination in itself with the facilities of a city at your fingertips. Everything is right where you need it and you don’t have to battle any traffic tie-ups to take advantage of them.

Shopping at the Boutiques of Centrum is an extraordinary experience. The shops are open 24 hours a day and sell just about everything you need –clothing, jewellery, perfume, toiletries, photos, souvenirs and more. The stores and cafes line both sides of the Royal Promenade so you have the feeling that you are actually shopping on a city street.

With three swimming pools, you have ample space to play in the water and soak up the rays of the sun on the pool deck. Eight restaurants and numerous bars and lounges are only steps away and you can work out or indulge in treatments at the spa if you please.

The extensive program for children on the Mariner of the Seas makes it very exciting for children and teenagers to cruise with their parents. The trained counsellors supervise all activities and they are appropriate for the age and interest level of the children. Teenagers have their own special place on the ship where they can socialize with those of their own age.

The Library is well stocked with best sellers and the comfy chairs are very inviting places to curl up and read, take a nap or enjoy the views through the large expanse of windows.

The Skylight Chapel, which is located at the top of the ship, is the perfect place for a wedding or to renew your vows. There are no clergy on the ship and the captain cannot perform marriages, so if this is your plan you will have to make other plans.

There are conference facilities on the ship for those who are mixing business with pleasure and the staff can accommodate your needs in technology for the meetings you plan.
