Every seat in the Tropical Theatre on the Serenade of the Seas has a clear view of the stage. In this venue you can take in shows that rival those of Broadway or the Vegas strip. The shows change nightly allowing you to take in a performance by the Wave Revue, the Royal Caribbean’s song and dance troupe, performances by guest celebrities and more – all of which have the bells and whistles of technology to enhance the action on the stage.

All of the Radiance class ships, of which Serenade of the Seas is one, have the Colony Club. This is a streetlike venue with five nightclubs and lounges where you can take in extraordinary views through the large windows and delight in the different types of entertainment and decor. For example, you can play pool on the self-levelling table in the Bombay Billiards Club, enjoy video gaming machines in the Jakarta Lounge, sing along with the piano tunes in Singapore Sling’s or play cards in the Calcutta Card Club.



The Viking Crown Lounge, located on the top of the ship, is another venue where there are several different bars and lounges in one place. This venue offers a 360 degree view in the total of the rooms, one of which is a large disco where you can dance the night away.

The Concierge Club is a private club restricted to those staying in the upper-class suites on the ship. There are other smaller bars and lounges where you can order a drink from the bar and enjoy various forms of entertainment. The Schooner Bar is small and intimate – the perfect place for a conversation with soft piano music playing in the background. The Champagne Bar has what you need to celebrate a special occasion in your life, and in the Lobby Bar you can sip on your drink as you watch all the comings and goings in the hub of the ship.

Parties and theme nights make for very exciting times on the Serenade of the Seas. Dress up like the ancient Romans on Toga Night or attend a Masquerade Ball. There are mix and mingle nights for the children and teenagers have their own disco with their own brand of music. There are also karaoke nights and live bands take to the stage in just about all venues.

There is nothing quiet about the entertainment offered on the Serenade of the Seas.
