The Opus Dining Room on the Oasis of the Seas is stunning in its three levels of the ship. Here you can enjoy all your meals in elegance. While open seating is the norm for breakfast and lunch, you do have an option to choose traditional seating for dinner or the My Time dining that allows you to make reservations for a certain time or just wander in when you are ready at any time between 6:30 and 9 p.m.

The menu features a wide range of choices in appetizers, entrees and dazzling desserts. There is a separate menu for children and those on a diet can choose from the ShipShape spa menu. Vegetarians on a cruise on this ship also have plenty of sumptuous food dishes to choose from.

There are numerous dining venues on this ship – many more than on any other cruise ship. There are two alternative restaurants on the Oasis of the Seas where you do have to make reservations and pay a per person charge for dining in the venue.

• At the Chops Grille the specialty is seafood and meats of all kinds cooked just the way you want them. Dinner is served between 6 and 10 p.m. and the fee is $25 US per person.
• Antonio’s Table features Italian cuisine. This restaurant has varied seating times so it is important to check about making reservations when you first board the ship. The fee here is between $20 and $25 US per person

In the Central Park neighbourhood of the Oasis of the Seas, you can drop into several cafes and restaurants for lunch or dinner. Some of these do charge a fee for the meal, such as:
• Giovanni’s Table. Although you do not have to make reservations, it is recommended that you do. At this Italian restaurant, you pay $10 for lunch and $15 for dinner.
• 150 Central Park. Here you can enjoy a 6 to 8 course meal and choose from an extensive wine list for only $35 per person

You might want to dine in the Solarium Bistro which serves healthy fare on the Oasis of the Seas. There are buffets offered for breakfast and lunch and sit down service with wait staff for dinner. The costs in this venue are $20 per person for each meal.

Choose from the menu and pay the corresponding prices when you dine on Asian cuisine at the Izumi Japanese Cuisine or if you want seafood, the Seafood Shack charges only $7.95 per person. Step back in time and have lunch or dinner in a diner from the 1950’s at Johnny Rockets. Here you can have lunch for only $7.95 or dinner for only $9.95.

There are no additional costs involved when you take any meal of the day and snacks in between at the Windjammer Marketplace. This is the casual buffet dining venue on the Oasis of the Seas with numerous food stations serving all kinds of food dishes. The views are very panoramic through the large windows.

Stop at the Cafe Promenade for a coffee, pastry or slice of pizza as you stroll through the neighbourhood. At Sorrento’s Pizza you can choose a slice from the pizzas already made or order one just for you. Some of the other venues on the ship where you can stop for a bite to eat include the Wipe Out Cafe, the Vitality Cafe, Park Cafe, the Ice Cream Parlour and the Boardwalk Donut Shop.

And if all these venues are not enough for you, room service is available 24 hours a day.
