Traditional dining with assigned tables and wait staff can be your choice for dinner on the Majesty of the Seas, but you also have the option of choosing flexible dining times when you can just walk into the dining room or make reservations for a specific time. The two main dining rooms on this ship are the Moonlight and Starlight Restaurants which are on different levels of the same room. There are a variety of choices on the menu for each meal of the day along with separate menus for children, those on a diet and those who want only vegetarian cuisine.
For the low price of $4.95, you can step back in time and dine in a diner right out of the 1950’s at Johnny Rockets. Here you can have your milkshake, burger, fries and other favourites in a red booth with formic tabletop while listening to the oldies on the jukebox. If pizza is your favourite, then Sorrento’s has pizzas fresh out of the oven in all varieties of toppings. You can even order one just for you or purchase ready-made pizza slices. Specialty coffees and teas as well as a delightful array of pastries and cookies greet you at Latte-tudes, which serves Seattle’s Best Coffee. ![]() Casual is always the dress code at the Windjammer Cafe, which is the buffet style restaurant on the Majesty of the Seas. It is open for 22 hours a day and is the place where you can have your meals as well as afternoon tea and a midnight snack. There are many food stations set up around the room serving all kinds of cuisine with dedicated stations just for salads and desserts. With the many tables set around the perimeter of the room, you can enjoy the spectacular view through the floor to ceiling windows at all times. Room service is available 24 hours a day whether you want a full meal or just a light snack in your stateroom. It is complimentary and you can order as often as you wish. |
