Dine indoors or out in the Cascade Dining Room of the Radiance of the Seas with its cascading waterfall in the center of the room. This dining room spans two levels of the spin with a grand staircase connecting them. You can choose a flexible dining schedule for the evening meal in which you can make reservations for a specific time or just show up at any time between 6 and 9:30 p.m. You can still dine in the traditional manner of assigned seating and dedicated wait staff for dinner as well. Open seating is the norm for breakfast and lunch.

There are two alternative restaurants on the ship for time when you want to enjoy specialty dishes in a smaller and more intimate setting. The kitchen of the Chops Grille is open and you can see the chefs preparing your meat and seafood dishes as you wait. Seating times are between 6 and 10 p.m. At Portofino`s you can enjoy an elaborate meal of Italian cuisine and the times for dinner are the same – from 6 to 10 p.m. Both of these venues do require reservations and there is an extra charge for dining.



If you prefer a more casual venue the Radiance of the Seas has this too in the Windjammer Café. There are food stations set up around this spacious room with a wide variety of dishes for every meal. It is open almost all the time, closing only to get set up for the next meal. There is afternoon tea from 4 to 5 p.m and midnight snacks are available from 1 to 4 a.m.

Enjoy dining in the fresh air when you choose the Seaview Café. Here you can have a sandwich, a light snack or classic bar fare and desserts from noon to 3 in the afternoon and again in the evening from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Sorrento`s serves pizza fresh from the oven. Buy a slice already made or order a pizza with your favourite toppings. Have your morning coffee at Latte-tudes or drop in anytime during the day for a cup of specialty brew along with mouth watering pastries. The atmosphere is always casual and there is a menu featuring the price list.
