Enjoy traditional dining with a set time for dinner and an assigned table or choose something more flexible to meet the demands of your busy life style on the Brilliance of the Seas. The My Time dining option of the Royal Caribbean allows passengers to have their evening meal at any time between 6 and 9:30 p.m. in the Minstrel Dining Room and you can change the time of your reservations from one day to the next. This venue features open seating for breakfast and lunch.

The buffet restaurant on the ship is Windjammers Cafe and it offers a wide range of selections for breakfast and lunch in its serve yourself setting. In the evenings, it becomes a charming bistro where you can order from the menu and be waited on at your table. However, you don’t have to make reservations or pay any extra charge.

The Seaview Cafe is a little hideaway on the Brilliance of the Seas serving your favourite fast food items. It is conveniently located close to the gym and the rock climbing facility so you can grab a bite to eat and continue with your workout to burn off the calories.

With two alternative restaurants on this ship, you have two other dining venues to choose from when you want a change of pace from the main dining room. Chops Grill will surely be your choice when you want a steak cooked just the way you like it, while the Portofino is the choice for Italian fare with an extensive choice of fine wines. Both of these venues requires reservations and charges $20 per person.

Enjoy a snack at midnight to keep you going until breakfast in the Midnight Buffet. You don’t have to move from your seat in any of the entertainment venues to partake of this feast because it is on wheels and will come to where you are.

Room service is available round the clock whether you want a full meal, a sandwich or a salad. You can order from the dinner menu in the dining room and have it served in your stateroom for those times when you just want to be alone.
