In the main dining room of the Liberty of the Seas, you have the option of dining at any time you please in the Botticelli, Michelangelo or Rembrandt restaurants or staying with traditional dining in assigned seating and set times for dinner. All three are in the same room but on different levels and each one offers the same menu even though they each have their own kitchens. Two of the options you have in My Time dining are that you can make reservations for a specific time or just walk in and wait to be seated.

Along with the regular options on the main menu for a five course meal, children can choose their favourites from a menu prepared just for them. Those who want to eat healthy or are watching their weight can choose the ShipShape spa menu and there are menu selections for those who follow a vegetarian diet.




Casual all the time is the atmosphere of the Windjammer Cafe, which is a buffet style restaurant on the Liberty of the Seas. With the exception of a few hours in the early morning, this venue is open all the time serving a wide variety of dishes for all meals of the day, as well as afternoon and midnight snacks. The room is spacious enough that even when most people decide to eat here, there is plenty of room and you don`t have to wait in long lines at the food stations.

The Jade Restaurant is right next door to the Windjammer and specializes in Asian cuisine. You don`t have to make any reservations or pay extra for dining in this venue. However, you do have to do so in the two alternative restaurants on the Liberty of the Seas, both of which offer more intimate settings for dinner. The Chops Grille specializes in meat and seafood dishes, while the Portofino is the signature Italian restaurant of the Royal Caribbean fleet.

Enjoy burgers, fries, other fast food favourites and milkshakes at Johnny Rockets where the decor is straight out of the 1950`s. As you dine on all-American food you can listen to oldies playing on the jukebox.

Sorrento`s Pizza serves slices of pizza fresh from the oven as does the Cafe Promenade. This cafe is a typical sidewalk cafe where you can enjoy specialty teas and coffees as well as mouth-watering pastries and deli sandwiches. It is a great place to stop and take a break during the day. Latte-tudes is another coffee shop on the ship where you can also have alcoholic beverages and a wide variety of cookies and pastries to soothe your sweet tooth. And, if you have a yearning for ice cream, stop in at Ben and Jerry`s for your favourite flavour or try out a few new ones that you may never have heard of.

Room service is always available whether you want a full meal or a light snack.
