With varied food dishes offered every day during your cruise on the Serenade of the Seas, you will not have any problems finding food that you enjoy for every meal of the day and snacks in between. The main dining room, Reflections, has two different levels connected by a grand staircase and there is a cascading waterfall in the center of the main floor.

The menu in the dining room features many different choices in starters, main meals and desserts for an extravagant five-course meal. Children have a menu of their own to choose from and if you are trying to watch your weight there is a spa menu with healthy choices and delicious food you can choose from. The menus also include vegetarian fare.

You can make reservations at one of two alternative dining venues on the Serenade of the Seas as well. Both of these do have an extra charge of about $20 to $25 per person. The Chops Grille specializes in meat and seafood delicacies with appetizers and desserts. Portofino’s is the signature Italian restaurant on the ship where you can feast on an eight-course meal that will leave you feeling fully sated for the rest of the evening.




Windajammer’s Cafe is a casual buffet style dining venue where you can sit at a table and gaze out through the spacious windows or choose a table on the balcony and dine outdoors. The many food stations set up around the room offer selections for every meal of the day. These selections change on a daily basis as well so if you see something you like on one day, you do need to try it because it may not be available the next day.

Have lunch or a midnight at the Seaview Cafe, which really lives up to its name. Lunch is served from noon to 3 p.m. and the late night snacks are served from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. This venue serves sandwiches , desserts and classic bar fare as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You don’t have to miss your morning coffee with latte-tudes serving Seattle’s Best Coffee as well as mouth-watering pastries. If you have a yen for pizza, there is always a slice fresh from the oven at Sorrento’s or if you wish you can order one made just for you.

Room service is available 24 hours a day for meals and snacks – whenever you want to eat and don’t want to leave your cabin, just pick up the telephone and place your order.
