We booked on the Canaries trip 2/2/12, we arrived to book in at our alloted time 1pm but the queues were horrendous, a woman made a comment to RCL staff about the delay in boarding and was told in a snappy manner that there was 3500 guests to be boarded. The queue was something the Russians would have been proud of, it took nearly 3 hours to board. The cabin was fine and comfortable. There was no ....
